The FA Cup final in England took place on May 31. In front of a crowd of 43,917, Manchester City secured a resounding victory over Brighton & Hove, achieving a double.

On the other hand, symbolic transfers (and retentions) are occurring in order to organize new teams, both domestic and international, prepare their squads for next season. Some of the most notable examples are to be highlighted. However, I promise to provide further updates as more will be added.

[[ Major Transfer Information ]]
1) Khadija Bunny Shaw will play in the UEFA Women’s Champions League 2026/27 with City. She was named the WSL Player of the Season and finished top scorer, but had been rumored to be moving. However, she has agreed to extend her contract with City till 2030.

2) Alexia Putellas, captain of Barcelona, who contributed to their four titles of UEFA Women’s Champions League including that of this season, and had won two Ballon d’Or awards, appears to be leaving the team this summer after 14 years. I was very surprised to know this news.
