The Nadeshiko League was founded on September 9th 36 years ago.


The clash between No. 2 Iga and No. 4 Miyazaki ended in a heated 3-3 draw. Did Hye Yeon Noh’s departure have an impact on Iga?

The showdown between powerhouses Yokohama and Setagaya ended in a 1-1 draw.

The match between Shizuoka and Ehime saw Shizuoka win 3-1 thanks to two great goals from Kumi Yokoyama.

The match between mid-table teams Okayama and Kamogawa ended in a 2-2 draw.

Nagoya comfortably defeated Osaka with 3-0. Two substitutes each scored. Nagoya’s outstanding defense has conceded only eight goals in 18 matches.

Harima and Nippon Sport Science University (NSSU) tied 1-1 after NSSU caught up in the final minutes.

With four games remaining, No. 1 Nagoya is 9 points ahead second-place Iga and 10 points ahead third-place Shizuoka. If Nagoya wins their next match, Shizuoka will be pulled out from the league championship. If Iga loses points, Nagoya will be crowned league champions.
