The Little Nadeshiko suffered a crushing 1-5 defeat to DPR Korea in the quarterfinal. The Nadeshiko players tried their best, but the difference in team tactics between the two teams was stark, and they were overwhelmed by the number of shots taken. In some sense, this was a natural result. The Japan Football Association needs to seriously consider this point. In the matches up to the round of 16, the technique of Little Nadeshiko’s No. 10 was outstanding. Not only that, but she also has the running ability to be in crucial positions. Her outside kick is at an incredible level.
